Title: "What’s Your Angle: Go Wide or Go Home!"
CEU: Earn 1 Category-A CEU* with Live Attendance
Speaker: Tanya W. Moseley, MD, DBA, FACR, FPCR, FSBI, PMP, CMQ/OE, CN-BP
Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT) technology continues to evolve, offering new opportunities to improve lesion detection and characterization. One key technical factor that varies among tomosynthesis systems is acquisition angle, which can influence image quality and diagnostic performance.
In this engaging and practical webinar, Dr. Tanya Moseley will explore how wider acquisition angles impact depth resolution, tissue separation, and lesion conspicuity. Through clinical examples and real-world applications, attendees will examine where wide-angle tomosynthesis may provide the greatest diagnostic value, particularly in dense breast tissue, the evaluation of architectural distortion, and the assessment of non-calcified masses. The session will also discuss important considerations related to microcalcification visualization.
Participants will gain practical insights into positioning, image acquisition, workflow optimization, and quality assurance strategies that support high-quality tomosynthesis imaging in everyday clinical practice.
Whether you're a technologist, radiologist, or other breast imaging professional, this session will provide knowledge to help you better understand the clinical applications and performance considerations of modern DBT technology.

Pat was on target and gave a wealth of information to make our lives easier and more organized. Kudos to her great organizational skills.
I appreciate all of the topics ME chooses that are so relevant to our everyday challenges! ME webinars are by far the best I've found in 20 years and I'm so grateful! This presentation was no different. Excellent topics that we all want to know about but don't have the ear of the right person to really ask. It's like you read our minds!
Great presentation, hard to open up to change and Pat explained the positives of going paperless and how it helps and what to expect.
Really enjoyed the very useful information presented. The Q & A was really answered so clearly. The questions were so relevant. I appreciated that it was mammo tech centered. Very helpful! Keep up the good work Mammography Educators!
This was a very informative webinar and can see the benefits to going paperless in the future.
Thank you- Once again--for a very well presented webinar. I appreciate the insight and knowledge that your speakers share with us technologists. I especially like that the speakers appreciate how important the jobs we do on a daily basis are, and how important the knowledge you share with us is. Thank you, for making my job easier !
