Mammography Educators will help you create and/or enhance your breast health navigation services. Whether you are looking for in-person consulting or the flexibility of virtual sessions, you will learn to provide personalized patient care in the breast center including:
- Navigator mentorship
- High-risk program development, including genetics testing
- Assistance with referring MDs
- Scheduling
- Protocol development
- Communication
- Scripting and role-modeling

Breast Health Navigator Certification Exam Preparation
This course is designed for nurses, technologists, and other healthcare professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills to excel in this essential role, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, information, and confidence needed to succeed. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the navigator’s responsibilities, including the critical knowledge and competencies required to perform effectively in clinical practice, in addition to preparing them for the Breast Health Navigator certification exam.
