Breast Health Navigation Services

Ensure your patients receive comprehensive, continuous, and coordinated care.

Mammography Educators will help you create and/or enhance your breast health navigation services.  Whether you are looking for in-person consulting or the flexibility of virtual sessions, you will learn to provide personalized patient care in the breast center including:

  • Navigator mentorship
  • High-risk program development, including genetics testing
  • Assistance with referring MDs
  • Scheduling 
  • Protocol development
  • Communication
  • Scripting and role-modeling 
  • Facilitating team approach 

The Mentorship 

Navigation Program Includes:

  • In-person or remote 1:1 sessions
  • Assistance making the transition from nurse, technologist or other healthcare provider to a patient navigator.
  • Instruction on how to read and communicate pathology reports
  • Development of personalized patient care
  • Virtual follow-up sessions 
  • Breast health navigation exam preparation
