This conference gave me so much information/skills and guidance to help lead my team with improved and consistent imaging. In the past I had listened to a speaker talk about burn-out and the statement was made that if you felt like that, you should choose a new profession. It was up-lifting to have this recognized as a serious health issue and validates how many of us in this profession feel, who are so passionate about what we do in spite of the burdens we face at home and work. Coming to this conference actually took me away from daily pressures of leading our facility and gave me renewed strength and passion to implement change.
