JENNIFER EUBANKS
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
With over 15 years of experience in administration, Jennifer Eubanks has developed a deep appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work that keeps organizations running smoothly - because chaos is far less charming when it involves calendars and deadlines. She enjoys bringing order to busy environments, creating efficient systems and supporting leaders and teams so they can focus on what they do best while she helps keep everything running on task.
Jennifer currently serves as the Administrative Coordinator at Mammography Educators, where she supports daily operations, manages communications and assists with client needs, while contributing to the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality breast imaging education and training.
Jennifer holds a degree in Nutrition, which has strengthened her attention to detail, organization and problem solving skills. While she may not be planning everyone’s meals, she does enjoy creating healthy systems and balanced workflows that help organizations function at their best. Jennifer feels as though administration is about understanding people, anticipating needs and building processes that make everyone’s work a little easier (and hopefully a little less stressful).
At the heart of her work is a genuine passion for helping operations run smoothly, solving problems before they become issues and supporting the people who make it all happen.
Jennifer proudly calls Arkansas home, but if there’s sand and sunshine involved, she’s probably already got a bag packed. When she’s not working you’ll mostly find her spending time with her family, camping, traveling the globe or on stage singing and playing music with the two bands she is a part of. She runs on a steady supply of coffee (arguably more than necessary), meaningful conversations with friends and getting lost in a good book. She’s happily married to her best friend/husband of 20 years and they have a beautiful daughter. She also has a loyal chocolate lab, named Hugo who is spoiled rotten and has the household wrapped around his paw.
