This in-person conference is directed by Ms. Louise Miller, R.T.(R)(M) and will provide you with the unique opportunity to learn her data-proven Standardized Positioning Technique, which has been taught at ACR/SBI conferences and webinars and emphasizes efficiency, proficiency, consistency and the correct use of body mechanics. We will instruct and guide you as you learn how to master positioning for the CC, MLO and common additional views through a series of morning lectures and hands-on positioning training. This event is appropriate for all technologists with all levels of skills and experience, so gather your colleagues or make new breast imaging friends for one of our most popular and most requested events!

I attended the San Diego positioning academy this past March. As a newer tech, I work hard everyday to better myself. The positioning academy was just what I needed. The amount of time put into making sure we left there feeling more confident was seen through the lecture, and hands on training we received. Louise and the rest of the women went above and beyond. I highly recommend the positioning academy to anyone. It doesn't matter if you've been doing it for 10 years or just starting out. You won't regret it!
