Here’s what we have in planned:
- Departure Details: A 4-day cruise departing from Tampa, FL, offering easy access to the airport, cruise port, and vibrant downtown attractions. We’ve also secured a convenient hotel in Tampa with a free shuttle to and from the cruise port.
- The Itinerary: Two full days at sea and one day in the stunning port of Cozumel, Mexico. Whether you’re snorkeling, zip-lining, swimming with dolphins, shopping, or enjoying the private beach club, there’s something for everyone.
- Engaging Education: Morning lectures on both days at sea will feature lively and relatable speakers who have been recognized as experts in the field of breast imaging. You will gain practical insights to elevate your skills and enhance both patient care and your well-being as a technologist.

Important Note & Disclaimer: Mammography Educators is only responsible for the conference that is being presented on the ship: lecture location, content, speakers and record of your approved CEUs. We will provide you with contact information to connect with Kayla Burke, who will be happy to assist you with your cruise reservation, hotel accommodations before/after cruise, transportation to/from the cruise port, etc. Attendees are responsible for their own airfare and other travel arrangements. Carnival is responsible for any issues that occur related to the cruise and any concerns should be addressed directly to them. Mammography Educators is not responsible for your safety, illness or accidents related to this event.
Cancellation Policy: Full conference registration refunds will be granted with at least 60 days advance notice in writing. No refunds will be made after September 5, 2025 (does not include payments made to Carnival). Mammography Educators reserves the right to cancel any scheduled events due to low advance registration or other reasons. In case of a cancellation, Mammography Educators is not responsible for travel costs incurred by attendees, including non-refundable airline tickets, etc.
