Stephanie Thompson is a dedicated Breast Imaging Consultant with extensive experience in mammography and women’s health. She previously served as a Mammography Supervisor in Joplin, Missouri, where she played a key role in advancing imaging quality and patient care. She currently continues her clinical work as a PRN Mammography Technologist, maintaining a strong connection to hands-on patient services.
Stephanie brings specialized expertise in stereotactic breast biopsies and MOLLI seed placements, along with a diverse professional background that includes adult education and human resources. Her unique combination of clinical knowledge and teaching experience fuels her passion for training and mentoring others in the field.
A strong advocate for excellence in breast imaging, Stephanie is proud to be a member of the Mammography Educators team. She is a firm believer in The Miller Method, having seen its positive impact firsthand within her own facility. Driven by a deep commitment to women’s health, Stephanie is passionate about improving patient outcomes through both education and high-quality imaging practices.
Outside of her professional life, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff. Together, they share a love for cooking, kayaking, and offshore fishing. She also treasures time with her family, including her two daughters and sons-in-law, her grandson, and her nephews.
