DESCRIPTION: Diagnostic mammography can be stressful for patients, but it shouldn’t be stressful for technologists. Presenting a case to the interpreting radiologist during a diagnostic work-up can assist the radiologist in making a more accurate diagnosis for the patient. These case presentations should be consistent and concise and can increase efficiency and accuracy leading to better patient care. Discover strategies to prepare for and present these critical work-ups in diagnostic mammography.
