Instructions for Group Viewing
- All participants need to individually register in advance online.
- Designate a site monitor that will document attendance and ensure that all attendees are present for the entire broadcast. The site monitor can be one of the attendees.
- CLICK HERE to download and print the Sign-in Sheet.
- All participants to sign in before the broadcast begins, and out at the conclusion of the broadcast.
- The site monitor to email a copy of the Sign-in Sheet to info@mammographyeducators.com within 24 hours of viewing the webinar.
- Attendees will receive an email with further instructions on how to obtain their certificate once the Sign-in Sheet is reviewed, please allow up to 48 hours for review.
